Have you ever woken up from your sleep, but you can’t move your body despite being conscious? This is a phenomenon called sleep paralysis, which usually occurs when you have just woken up or are about to fall asleep.
Scientists say it happens because your brain is still transitioning from the REM stage of sleep. To put it simply, your brain is already active and you are conscious, but the parts or muscles that control your body aren’t yet, which is temporary and only lasts a few seconds to a few minutes.

4. The Man Who Planted a Forest—Alone—for Over 40 Years

Jadav Payeng is a man from India who has been given the title “Forest Man of India”. He deserved that name because of what he did for his community and environment.
Back in 1979, Jadav observed that animals often die from heat on barren land, and because of this, he thought about planting trees. So from that time, until a few years later, he continued planting trees until a 1,360-acre forest was created.
