Sergeant Reckless served as one of the most decorated animals in the United States Army. He was one of the horses that served during the Korean war. She carried suplies and rescued wounded soldiers even under fire.

It was also reported that he once took a trip 51 times in one day, all by herself delivering medicines and supplies. Unfortunately, there was no available record of how many people he actually saved, but it was quite a few, according to some stories, and that is why he got the title Sergeant.

A small town in Minnesota had never had a Mayor before, then about 10 years ago, they decided to elect one. But little did they know it would turn into a funny but heartwarming story.

Back in 2013, in the streets of Russia during winter, a baby was found lying in a box, together with a cat named Masha. The cat was seen trying to cuddle up with the baby to keep him warm.

Before being found, Masha kept on trying to keep the baby warm, but at the same time was meowing as hard as she could to catch the attention of passersby, which ultimately saved the life of the baby boy.

5. True Interesting Fact: A Boy Risked His Life to Save a Baby Deer

During a flood in India back in 2014, a boy named Belal was photographed trying to rescue a fawn by jumping through a river with flood waters. The water was so high that the boy needed to raise the baby deer above his head while submerged in water.

Back in 2004, a group of lifeguards in New Zealand noticed that dolphins began encircling them as they were pushed into a tight circle. Then, a few moments later, a great white shark appeared nearby. It turns out that the dolphins had been protecting them.

The encirclement was actually a protective circle rather than a hostile one. Experts theorized that the dolphins might have sensed the danger early on and tried to protect the humans, or maybe their young ones actually.
