Former NASA Engineer Claims He’s Built a Propulsion System That Defies Gravity

Engineers and scientists on NASA and other space programs all use some form of mass expellant to escape Earth’s gravity into space. They all believe that if they can arrange these particles in a specific way that they can generate a force that can move an object without pushing against anything else.
